Guidelines for Team Registration

Group Discounts:

Take advantage of our tiered discount structure when registering multiple attendees or seats for the summit. Here’s how the discount works:

• • 3–5 seats: 10% discount
  • 6–10 seats: 20% discount
  • 11–20 seats: 30% discount
  • 21-40 seats: 40% discount
  • 41+ seats: Please email us the number of total people. We can discuss a deeply discounted package for larger teams and institutions.

Example Calculation:
If an organization registers 5 participants during the pre-registration phase at $49 per person, they will receive a 10% discount, bringing the total cost to:
$49 x 5 = $245
$245 – (10% of $245) = $220.50

Instructions

1. 1. Complete the Group Registration Form:
      • Fill out the group registration form on this page.
      • Enter all required details. If you have the participant names and email addresses, feel free to include them. Otherwise, you can just purchase the seats and inform us at least seven days before the event.
   2. Pay via Paypal, Credit Card, or Manual Check
      • We will send you an invoice via Paypal within 2 business days.
      • You can pay via credit card, Paypal, or just send us a manual check (the invoice will contain the instructions).
   3. (Seat Reservation Only). Email Us the Detailed Participant Information:
      • If you did not provide us the participation information during the Group Registration or if you wish to make changes, please email us at cert (at) pmoadvisory.com with the new or updated list of names, emails, and titles 7 days before the event.
