Nearing: Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Live Virtual Course

The best time to take the Portfolio Management Certification depends on several factors, such as your professional goals, experience, and current knowledge of portfolio management. However, generally speaking, it is recommended to take the certification after gaining some practical experience in portfolio management and after acquiring a solid understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of portfolio management.

It is important to note that most portfolio management certifications have prerequisites that require a minimum level of education or experience. Therefore, it is important to review the certification requirements and ensure that you meet them before applying for the certification exam.

Accelerated Learning Series: 2nd Power Up Your Productivity – Stakeholder Management

During this workshop, we will delve into the significance of stakeholder management in project success. It is crucial to recognize that all projects are ultimately carried out for people. Understanding their goals, interests, emotions, and conflicts at an early stage can greatly impact the project’s outcomes. After all, it is the “who” that defines the deliverables and outcomes of projects, and it is also the “who” that sponsors and funds the project work. This emphasizes the importance of effective stakeholder management as a vital first step in any project.
