The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a valuable credential for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in project management or are currently working in project management roles. This course is based on the latest PMI updates as of January 2023.
The CAPM certification is designed for entry-level project managers and project team members who want to gain a foundational understanding of project management concepts and best practices. It covers topics such as project integration management, scope and time management, resource and cost management, stakeholder and communications management, risk management, and quality and procurement management.
Project Portfolio Management Summit
The theme of this summit is “Making Project Portfolio Management Work: Current and Emerging Practices”. The focus will be on sharing good practices, currently being implemented by portfolio management professionals around the world. In addition to gaining new insights, each of the sessions will also provide practical tips and tools to aid in the implementation of these concepts.
Take advantage of the “Very Early Bird Special” fee of $99 in March. We also learned from multiple people that while they would like to attend, the time zone does not work for them. Thus, we are also offering a recorded version only, for $49.
Update as of 3/1: We are finalizing our topics and speaker, and we plan to announce them by March 15.
