As some of you know, I am currently working on the core committee of PMI’s standard group to update the next edition of the Standard for Portfolio Management (4th Edition). I have a question for all executives. How should the Standard refer to strategy? It is currently called “Organizational Strategy” throughout the standard. Is it right or should it be something else.
