Lindsay Scott for Arras People writes (excerpt): “It’s an obvious one but which questions are you likely to get asked?
Concentrate on the job description and advert that you have available, the questions are likely to be around the main things in that advert or near the top in a job description.
You are always likely to get questions around method and processes. You need to think about your work experiences that touch on methods and processes.
An interviewer will be interested in your role in carrying out PMO tasks and activities – the mechanics of the work you do.
Ideally you need to think of these experiences, tasks and activities in story form”. SNIP, read the entire Lindsay Scott article @ Arras People, click here to continue reading…. [end].
